Giver: Share your offering and gifts with who is ready to receive and get feedback on your offering.

Receiver: Come ready to be supported and held as you receive from the Givers!

Observer: Come and watch. Observe how others share their energy, hold space for who is receiving and ask any questions that show up!

Deepen your practice by learning new ways of doing your work!

Receive support and healing. Even the healer needs healing!
